At this exclusive afternoon workshop, you will join a Parisian pastry master to create two French classics: the festive yule log and the marble fruit loaf.
Exotic flavors meet silky vanilla cream and fruity inserts, while you are guided step by step through the entire process – from preparing the sponge and exotic jam inserts, to assembling layers and textures, and finishing with elegant decoration.
During the 4.5-hour workshop, you will craft a 6-portion exotic yule log and an 8–10 portion marble fruit loaf, both of which you will take home to enjoy with family and friends.
A true highlight of the program: the yule log recipe was developed especially for this occasion by Chef Chiron, and will also become part of a course at the prestigious Ferrandi School in Paris.
